Don’t just pick the cheapest options—look for factories that specifically mention high-end or luxury production. These factories usually use better materials and have more precise craftsmanship.
Make a shortlist of 10–20 factories. Check their pages carefully: Do they have ISO certifications? What do their customer reviews say? Prefer factories with European or American clients—they have strict standards. Ask whether they’ve made similar high-end backpacks and request photos of previous projects.
I also add them on WeChat or email to chat. Ask about their knowledge of luxury materials—like genuine leather, premium nylon, or high-end hardware—and request samples. How smoothly they communicate can reveal half of their reliability.
